So we can best prepare for your visit, we want all the intel you can send us ahead of time. No matter if it's a Pinterest board, screenshots from Instagram, or even photos of dresses you've tried on already, we want to see it ALL! Better yet, create an account and a wishlist here on our website, and we'll have those dresses pre-pulled for you, too! The bottom line is, the more inso you send us, the better we can do our homework and the greater chance you'll have of saying YES!

To create a wishlist, click the heart next to any dress from our collection pages and you will automatically be asked to create an account. Create an account, keep clicking on those hearts, and we'll be able to see your picks in real time. So so easy to get us that intel!

CAN I BORROW THAT FOR A QUICK SECOND?

Is there a style you want to try on from one of our designers that isn't in our online catalog? No worries! We may be able to request a sample loan for your appointment AND we can always order ANY style from these collections for you! Be sure to mark the STYLE upgrade on your appointment booking form and we'll get right to work with our designers to bring that in for you.

OUR PRICE RANGES

Our special order bridal gowns range from $1,100 - $6,500 and the majority are priced from $2,200 to $4,000. Accessories start at $150. Prices do not include taxes, fees, or the cost of alterations.

If your budget is $2,000 or under, preview our BHLDN & Designer Consignment + Sample Sale collections ahead of your appointment. These may be your lucky finds! Gowns in this collection sell off-the-rack and start at $300. We also sell a selection of our samples off the rack at a discount. Our Little White Dress and Informal Bridal collections may be great too look at too!

ABOUT SHOPPING WITH SAMPLES

Sample shopping means that we have only one dress in each style we carry, so the fit will almost never be what it would be like in the dress we special order just for YOU. But, we will help you envision how it will look during your try on.

COME WITH AN OPEN MIND

MANY of our gowns can be customized by the designer to make it just right for your vision! Don’t be afraid to ask if one little tweak could make the gown exactly right.

PLAN AHEAD FOR AN EASY WAY TO SAVE

Due to rising merchant credit card fees, we charge an additional 3% transaction fee for all payments made using a credit card. However, there is NO additional fee for friend-to-friend Venmo, debit card with a pin, or cash payments! Believe us, we hate this as much as you do.

EXPERT STYLISTS ARE READY FOR YA

When you shop with us, you will always have both a dedicated dressing area and an expert stylist for your entire appointment. You'll never share space with another group, so you really get a nice intimate experience with your guests! For that, there is a $49 non-refundable reservation fee for every appointment booked, which may go towards your special order purchase during your appointment.

OUR NO EXCEPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Don't forget our NO EXCEPTIONS cancellation policy requires that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, your reservation fee will be forfeited (i.e., it may not be used towards your purchase), but you will not be charged an additional reservation fee.

But we get it, life happens OR sometimes you find the ONE right before you get to us! So if something does come up last minute, please let us know. No shows will be charged an additional $150 non-refundable no show fee.

We accept cancellations via our automated text system or direct communication (email, phone call, or text) from the person who booked and paid for the appointment. We do not accept cancellations via social media or third parties; these appointments will not be canceled and are subject to our cancellation and no show fees.

POLICIES & FEES FOR MEASUREMENTS ONLY APPOINTMENTS

There is a $29 non-refundable measurements fee due at the time of booking. Our NO EXCEPTIONS cancellation policy requires you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If you need to reschedule with less that 24 hours notice, you must pay the $29 reservation fee again. No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee.

MEET CHEWY

Our sweet little, hypoallergenic, Shihtzu pup, Chewy, is often with us at the shop. He mostly just likes to say hi, get a treat, and then nap for the rest of your appointment! If that would ever be an issue for you or your guests, don’t hesitate for a minute to let us know.

After you pop the YES confetti, visit some of Granville’s cutest shops and restaurants to make a whole event of your shopping trip. It’s just one reason we love it here - you can make the entire town part of your shopping experience!
