We are no longer accepting special order appointment requests for bridesmaid parties, mother, or social occasion dresses, with the exception of single Jenny Yoo orders. However, we ARE still accepting sample sale appointments for anyone interested in shopping off the rack!

You could be shopping for:
- an entire Bridal Party of mix and match dresses,
- a single Bridesmaid dress,
- a Rehearsal Dinner dress or dress for one of your engagement or wedding events,
- a Mother of the Bride or Groom dress,
- a Flower Girl dress, or
- a Special Event dress

If you already have specific styles you like that you've seen on our website, be sure to write them here too!
Please try to limit your attendee count to just you and ONE guest.

We require a credit card to secure your reservation.

 

When you shop with us, you will always have both a dedicated dressing area and expert stylist for your entire appointment. Plus, we do a LOT of prep work ahead of your visit to ensure you walk out saying YES! For that, there is a $29 non-refundable reservation fee for every appointment booked. Our NO EXCEPTIONS cancellation policy requires you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. But we get it, life happens OR sometimes you find the right style before you get to us! So if something does come up last minute, please let us know. No shows will be charged an additional $50 non-refundable fee.

Be sure to confirm your appointment via our automated text system! Appointments that are not confirmed by the time we open on the day of your appointment (hours listed below) are subject to cancellation without notice or refund.

Due to the nature of our schedule, appointments that arrive more than 15 minutes after their designated start time may be asked to reschedule.

We want to be sure you get the full experience! We accept cancellations via our automated text system or direct communication (email, phone call, or text) from the person who booked and paid for the appointment. We do not accept cancellations via social media or third parties; these appointments will not be canceled and are subject to our no show fee.
Be totally honest! This could involve people at your appointment, the planning process in general, asking your girls to pay for dresses, having to pay for the dress (if you're a bridesmaid) - anything! Tell us!
