"I had a fabulous experience with Gilded Social. After my original wedding dress ripped a couple months before my wedding, I was left trying to find a dress off the rack. After filling out the form on Tanya’s website, she immediately called me and helped me put words to what I was looking for in a dress. Tanya made sure that she had a sufficient inventory of dresses in my size that matched my description and booked my appointment for that weekend. Tanya’s email communication was clear and helpful and her little shop was adorable. Compared to my other bridal experiences, it was much less rushed and significantly more personalized. I fell in love with the dress Tanya knew I would after our short phone call. After buying the dress I did some small alterations with Mary Ellen who was excellent, kind, and reasonably priced. I also purchased the dress preservation and Tanya worked with my mom and drove to my house to pick up my dress while I was on my honeymoon. Great customer service from start to finish!"
