Our Bride and Bridal Party Styling Nationally Published in 17-page Spread Inside Rocky Mountain Bride 2022 Volume 7

Being asked to style this feature for Rocky Mountain Bride’s 2022 nationally-distributed, print publication was, without question, a career highlight.

Each dress was carefully curated by our team for the perfectly seasonal inspired look. AND, we even had the opportunity to fly out to Denver to style the models and photos on set! Keep scrolling to see how even our behind the scenes work was featured on the RMB blog.

We were beyond honored to style not just one but FOUR full bridal party looks for this article. We’ve detailed each look in individual blog posts linked below. We’ve also reprinted our top tips for bridesmaid dress shopping, published in the article too, below!

Bridesmaids’ Dress Shopping Tips

1. SHOP LOCAL

If there is a boutique in your area that sells bridesmaid dresses, start with them before you endlessly scroll online! There is nothing like seeing colors and trying on dresses in person with a professional stylist. If you don't have a local bridesmaid dress boutique, consider a virtual appointment with one anywhere in the country! It can never hurt to start shopping with expert styling advice.

2. START SHOPPING AHEAD OF TIME

You should start shopping at least eight to twelve months before your wedding. With longer lead times due to staffing and COVID, it is very important to make your selections a little further in advance.

3. DON’T WAIT TO PURCHASE

Once you’ve decided on your bridesmaid dress style(s), don't wait to purchase! Even if the big day seems a ways away, circumstances can change overnight that might affect your desired dress(es).

4. TALK OPENLY ABOUT BUDGETS

Have the conversation with your bridal party about their budget. We hear it all the time, "I don't want to ask my bridesmaids to pay too much." Well, make sure you know what they think is too much! Assuming their budget without asking may limit your style options, and potentially lead to not getting the dress you really wanted.

5. HELP COVER THE COSTS

If your girls do have a strict budget that is less than the style you're really wanting, consider putting a little money towards their dress!

Encore Feature of Our Wedding Day Dressing & Detailing Service on the Rocky Mountain Bride Blog

And as if this print exposure wasn’t enough, our work on the shoot was featured in an online article highlighting our “Wedding Day Dressing & Detailing” service - which is a LOT like what we do behind the scenes on a styled shoot. When we can be physically present to ensure the dresses look their absolute best - the photos ALWAYS come out so much better than when we’re not there.

Same goes for our wedding day service! Having our detailed eye on your wedding day will make sure your photos are the absolute BEST! Not to mention, we take care of steaming, fashion emergencies, and bustling, too. Read more about this niche bridal vendor service at the link.
